CJC-1295 (without DAC, also known as Modified GRF 1-29) is a 30-residue analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Ipamorelin is a 5-residue selective agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a, the ghrelin receptor). They are commonly co-studied because GHRH-analogue and GHRP pathway activation act synergistically on somatotroph GH release in preclinical models.
